Dr. Michael G. Rumsey, Ph.D - Past President (06 - 07) - Division 19 - 2006 - 2007
1975 - Present - U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI) for the Behavioral and Social Sciences. He became Chief of the ARI Selection and Assignment Research Unit in 1989, and has held that position since.
Dr. Rumsey has authored or co-authored over 50 publications and presentations in the fields of selection and classification, performance measurement, test development and validation, and individual differences, including senior editorship of the 1994 Erlbaum book Personnel Selection and Classification.
He was recently president of the Society for Military Psychology, and serves on the Editorial Board of the journal Military Psychology

| Mrs. Patricia K. Shinseki
Born and raised on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, Patty earned her undergraduate degrees in biology and Sociology and her Master's Degree in biological Science Education. She served as a high school teacher of biology and physical sciences.
An Army spouse for more than 38 years, Patty has devoted herself to volunteer work in schools and community, including the American Red Cross, Family Readiness Groups, The Arlington Ladies and spouse development initiatives, among other military family programs and priorities.
She has served on the Boards of the Armed Services YMCA, The Army Distaff Foundation, Army Emergency Relief, and has provided assistance and support to other organizations serving military families.
Patty currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Military Child Education Coalition, and is the chair of their Living in the New Normal: Supporting Children Through Trauma and Loss initiative. She is also a member of the Panel for the Care of Individuals with Amputations and Functional Limb Loss, a subcommittee of the Defense Health Board, the National Advisory Board for the Citizen-Soldier-Support Program, and Board of Manager of The Army Emergency Relief.
